Falcons revolutionary 900 mm wide range cooker features a unique energy saving panel that allows you to split the oven in half-creating a truly flexible appliance, which offers the best of both worlds. Its 108 cubic litre capacity is ideal for large family dinners, but it quickly transforms into a compact, economical single oven for smaller meals.

Energy Efficient

One of the great things about Induction is the energy efficiency. All the heat is directed to the pan only so no heat is lost around it. The perimeter of the hob will transfer 99% compared to 55% for a gas hob, so you can see how it is more energy efficient. It also has built-in pan recognition sensors that automatically turn your hob off when the pan is removed but heats up so quickly that once the hob is returned your cooking can carry on. This helps with safety especially if you have children running around and for those that are a little forgetful.
