Due to the ongoing and ever changing situation with COVID-19 we want to keep you up to date on everything we are doing as a business during these unprecedented times. As of Monday 23rd March we have decided for the health and safety of both our staff and customers to close our showroom in Newark to the public. Based on the government guidelines to avoid unnecessary contact with others we have made this decision with everyone’s best interests at heart.
At present we are still providing a delivery service for our customers. This can & may be reduced to a one-man service in the future but currently we can offer a two man service where available. Contactless delivery is available & should any other requirements or precautions be required please let us know. In the event of a government directed shutdown we will obviously update our delivery offering accordingly.

During this time we would appreciate your patience if it takes a little longer than usual to get through to our sales team. They are working hard to get back to every customer and will do everything they can to help with your queries. In the event of a government directed shutdown our team will still be accessible via phone or email, so please feel free to contact us at any time.
The website is running as normal and you are still able to shop our promotions and great deals online. If you would like to request a multi buy quote you can do so via the Mutli-Buy tab on our websites. Please take extra care to leave us as much delivery information as possible when placing your order. If you are self isolating please make our deliveries department aware so we can take the necessary precautions prior to and during your delivery.
During this period, we may have a reduced number of staff available to deal with your enquiry. Regrettably, this may lead to a delay in providing service cover in the event of a breakdown or fault occurring with an appliance.
Many issues may be resolved by referring to the trouble shooting guide within the instruction manual supplied with the appliance. If you do not have this to hand, you should be able to download a copy from the manufacturer’s website. You will also be able to access product information, help guides and in some cases, book an engineer visit.
